In accordance with the Direction of the President of the High Court dated 16th March 2020 the Examiner’s Court list of 20th April 2020 has been cancelled.

All matters listed for that date have been put back to Monday 25th May 2020. A party who wishes to apply for a substantive order and can establish urgency should email the examiner’s court registrar at examinersmail@courts.ie indicating the grounds of urgency.
